See modifications below.

1. To modify this exercise take away the band and also take away the explosive movement alternate by raising one arm up at the top of your push-up

2. Modify this exercise by stepping one One hand outward with a mini band on and taking out the push-up.

3. Drop to your knees or elevate your hands on the push-up.

4. To modify this exercise you can drop to your knees and/or remove the mini band and perform your punches.
