I receive a lot of messages from people asking how to structure their workout programs and how to incorporate the workouts I share into their own schedule (ie. sessions per week, workout splits, rest etc). So I decided to put together a FREE Instagram based program to kick start your New Year! I will be posting all workouts to my Instagram for you to follow along!
