Stepping out tonight to celebrate all that was 2019 and all that we hope for in 2020. Changing it up wearing @REVOLVEclothing @loversfriendsla ✨ This was a year of new beginnings, growth and challenges. Reflecting on how far our business has come in 12 short months is truly humbling. I just wanted to say thank you for all your support, it honestly means the world to me.

We launched DB Active in March this year and have already seen it grow in leaps and bounds, we even opened up our first shop front at @milonpremiumhealthclubs Marina Mirage. My mum and best friend @madeleineweston joined Team DB and we slowly but surely SLAYYYED (had to say it, I’m so proud of our team). We sold out workout events at the @ausfitnessshow whilst proudly reppin’ (sexy) DB Active.

I joined @heartbreakconditioning at the beginning of this year. Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve improved my fitness, strength and stepped out of my comfort zone to practice what I love thanks to @colehbc . It’s more than training now, the @heartbreakconditioning squad are family.

It was also a huge year for travel and meeting incredible people. It started with becoming an @activeescapes trainer AKA Best. Job. Ever. I travelled to the USA to film and produce my @fitplan_app programs. Who knew that 4 days of shooting could be so much fun 🙌

I got the opportunity to explore the US a little and just casually… MEET MY HERO. Hands down one of the greatest humans I have ever met @bretcontreras1 Thank you for living up to my extremely high expectations. Glad we’re now best friends and you can’t deny it on this public forum. See you in 2020 😎

DB Active sponsored the @makeawishaust charity event and the whole team turned up to support it. It was one of my proudest moments.

I travelled to Munich and Austria with @womensbest, I got to visit HQ, meet the amazing WB team, I saw snow for the first time and I fell in love with Innsbruck, I’ll be back.

To top off the year my brother proposed to the most magnificient woman ever @ashgray22 I’ve always wanted her to be my sister and now it’s actually happening 😭❤️ Now go party, stay safe and I’ll hassle you again in 2020
