🌊There is something so cleansing about the ocean. You just can’t be in a bad mood, sad or feeling anxiety surrounded my the salt water. I find island people live so free and love the land a bit more. I love Kauai so much she elevates and heals my soul. I lived here to be close to my brother and his wife my sister but had no idea how much I would fall in love with island life.

The ocean reminds me that there are forces on earth that are so powerful yet gentle. It reminds me that everything you need to heal is around you. If you sit, breathe and close your eyes you can hear the earth speaking to you. Work on finding that silent space in your mind so you can listen a little better. While you listen close your eyes so you can feel everything. Remember we close our eyes to feel the best things. Like a kiss, a prayer, a wish or a daydream. Don’t underestimate the power you have in your mind.

I told to ocean to cleanse my skin, clean my soul and help me find stillness. I thanked her for providing to us and I sent her so much love back. I closed my eyes and really listened to her. Such a beautiful sound! I told Giovanni to always respect her. To keep her clean when he can. And at the end of the day thank her and send her love. 💕🐟
