🙏🏽 I heard something so amazing last night at meditation. Our healer said there is no shortage of love. There is no shortage of happiness. You just have to ask for it. If you ask for it you’ll receive it.

Love is an energy, we receive it like a magnetic force into our space. Too many times we feel like we can only receive love from a person. We are willing to take abuse from others so we can receive this love. We look for it in vices like drugs, food, or alcohol. We forget we can create self love, we can create our own happiness, we get to create our own environment. We can ask for love from the Divine, the Universe, Mother Earth, or God. You don’t need someone to feel love. It’s around you, it’s within you, you just have to grab it. What ever your connected to can love you. Once I heard him say that I felt a relief. I thought I don’t need to ask a person for that it’s here for me like air it’s all around me.

I’ve been hearing a lot of people around me talking about giving more in order to receive. Last night I learned to ask the Divine for energy and then once I feel full get on the ground and give it back to Mother Earth. I thought we were supposed to just receive but the blessing was in receiving and then giving it back.

Now I want you to ask yourself when you ask for love do you give it back? Are you the person who loves on others but can’t accept it. Are the person who always asks for love from others but never gives back? What if every time you received you found a way to give it back. How would that change how you feel?
