🦅Your kids are a reflection of you. They will do what they see you do. If you are healing, finding peace, clearing your energetic field and sending healing energy into the world they’ll do the same. Sometimes I start this and close my door but he finds me and wants to just be within the vibration. Giovanni is gifted so I keep him as clear as I can, he’s so open. I have another child with a gift but he battles the light and dark. He’s learning to quiet the noise now but he had a hard time for a long time. Most children with any kind of gift struggle with no guidance.

I started using my mediation and guide work for my sons. It’s become part of my day once again though. I dedicate an hour to it and find that I’m more relaxed and less all over the place. If I can’t do an hour I’ll at least do 10 minutes of meditation to silence my mind.

Yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ and mediation is something I highly recommend to my clients. It helps with your transformational journey. Some people get too focused on the number on the scale and that’s all that matters. I try and teach my clients to transform your body and mind because they are one. Focus on how you feel regardless of the number on the scale. Do you want to feel happy and at peace or do you want to wake up every morning stepping on the scale letting that rule your life 😭
