🗣How long are your workouts? How much time do you spend in the gym?

Common question- How long do I need to workout and what workouts are best? The honest answer is it depends on your goals and where your currently starting at? I stress to my clients find an activity that you love nothing is worse than than sitting in the gym looking at the time. Or my new favorite people in the gym on their phones and not tuned in to the actual workout.

Your results are going to really depend on your nutrition. How you feel working out will also be affected on your meal plan. If your sore or in pain for a long period of time you may not be consuming enough protein. If your tired all the time your nutrients may be too low and if your not getting results your macro count may be off. There are several reasons and factors that go into seeing results in the gym. I would say the amount of time in the gym is not a main factor it’s secondary.

Figure out your goals then come up with a plan. If you need help please ask someone. Nothing worse than training, eating and supplementing with no results. Take it slow this is a marathon not a sprint. Enjoy the process.
