Like a wish, were you told that? As an adult I learned about the power of manifestation. Meaning tell everyone out loud about your goals, dreams and wishes. Live in it, feel it, and act as if it’s happening. So I’ve decided I’m going to compete again 🙌🏽 I’ve been saying I might for a long time but I’m saying to everyone now I am going to compete again. I’m manifesting it into my reality. _ My thyroid and adrenals have healed. My body is in better condition today than it was 5 years ago when I last competed. I’m smarter now about how I’m approaching this health wise. I said this last time I competed, for me it’s the challenge to see if I mentally grow through the tough parts of a prep. Once my feet hit that’s stage I’ve won the battle in my mind. I’ve beat that voice that says you can’t do it. _ This bikini didn’t fit me when I was competing so I never wore it. Funny that it fits now and I haven’t even started my prep lol. I’m going to Hawaii this month so I’ll start a prep when I get home. I’m not sure what league I’ll be competing in but I will be an all Natural Athlete staying on my Herbalife products through my prep. I’ll be looking for a coach and a sponsor over the next month or so. _ I’ll keep you posted on where I’ll be competing and when. Did anyone follow me when I competed last time? 👏🏽 _ If you are currently competing or prepping for a show can I give you advice? Practice your posing everyday for an hour in your heels. You spend months in the gym, hours prepping food, money on a bikini but put off posing. Posing and being in heels is not easy. Posing in general is exhausting so get your routine down. I only pose to @rupaulofficial songs. When I’m on stage it’s playing in my head. Find your count and memorize it. Smile smile smile smile, did I say smile!
