Who taught you how to pray? Or about your culture? Did someone teach you about your energy and vibration. Did anyone tell you that you can heal yourself?

When I was 9 my mom went to a candle shop and took me. I got a pack of Mexican tarot cards and played with them, through the cards I connected to something. I was able to read them clearly I did my moms cards often and then she would invite her friends to come over so I could do their cards. After a while of doing that I started to get visions but I was young and it scared me. I threw the cards away my mom got me a limpia (cleanse) and I closed all those doors.

God gave me a gift to heal others but as a child I didn’t see it. I was eventually lead into it though and I now know that’s my calling. I help others through health and fitness, what separates me is I believe in healing from within. I draw in women and men with similar backgrounds to mine. I speak and give them the tools to begin to heal.

I have 2 gifted kids Giovanni is one of them. I saw the signs early on with him. I think my mom was open as well and she didn’t realize it. Maybe she used her addiction to suppress it. Maybe she was depressed because there was struggles she was embarrassed to talk about. I do know as a child we had spirits in our home. I’ll tell you more about that in my book lol

This morning I was teaching Giovanni to clean his energy. I showed him how to send love to the Universe. How to intake energy and then give it back to Mother Earth. At the end I cleaned him off. Prior to this I was gone for 3 days and he was very sensitive apologizing and crying then in a bad mood. After this he’s happy singing and dancing.

Learn to clear your own energy and heal from within as you learn, teach your children. Too many people take on vices to heal and temporarily feel better. Things like food, drugs, alcohol and other band-aids. Everything you need is inside you just learn to use it. You got this!
