#BBG WEEK 4!! Ladies, who else is on Week 4?! I have SLIGHTLY modified this legs workout to suit my needs. As I rebuild my strength #postpartum, I am gradually starting to increase the difficulty of my workouts to CHALLENGE myself (and this WAS challenging 😅). Follow along with me OR in the @SWEAT app. Reps below. Let's do this 🔥🏃🏼♀️
Circuit 1
✅Burpee - 10 reps
✅Jump Lunge > Alternating Lunge - 20 reps (10 each side)
✅Knee-Up - 24 reps (12 each side)
✅Sumo Squat - 15 reps
Circuit 2
✅Skipping - 50 reps
✅Walking Lunge - 24 reps (12 each side)
✅Reverse Lunge & Knee-Up - 30 reps (15 each side)
✅Jump Squat > Split Squat - 15 reps

@kayla_itsines I only just recently was okayed to start working out again due to back issues. And I already had bad knees to start. Do you have modifications in your workouts? I used to Olympic lift before I got hurt so my body was much stronger but things like lunges have always been an issue. Thx! ❤️🤘🏼

@kayla_itsines I have a baby which is 8 weeks old and I'm breastfeeding. How can I get a deficit to lost weight, whithout loosing my breastmilk. My doc told me that I need 500 extra calories for breastfeeding.
I'm afraid of loosing my breastmilk...

Mine got infected when baby was about 1 week old. I was scared then after that to do anything. But 1 year and 7 months later I still did not resume exercise. I desperately need to start! Thanks for this circuit. I will need to get on it too.

I have never seen u training with heavy weights... Like barbell squats n all.. Don't u do them..??? M not talking about postpartum.. Bt also before.. U never do more weights???

@kayla_itsines - Hi! I gave birth to a little girl just one week after you :). I found I have Diastatis resctum- which core exercises can help bring it back to normal?
