She says "Here is my 12 week progress from #bbg ! When I started I was wanting to tone up my body a bit more. Especially my arms and abs. I had taken the previous month off trying to find a program that I was wanting to do. I feel like BBG Stronger has helped bring me closer to the results that I'm wanting."

You look amazing! I can see those are the same shorts and they are much looser on you now. Your waist is smaller and your getting some shoulder muscle as well. Having a goal to get stronger is awesome! That should be everyones! Whereas those who are already lean, like you in your first picture, wont have dramatic changes on the outside, you will gain strength and endurance! Thats what others fast to type criticism wont understand. Just because you're already "skinny" doesn't mean you can't have being strong as a goal. And just because some is "skinny" doesn't mean they're weak. To look at her photo and think anyone can judge your progress just by looking at your photo is asinine. So @misssaraholson_bbg please don't let them get you down!!

@cassandrajrt10 people are ridiculous though. The amount of definition, confidence, fitness, ability, motion range and stamina she would’ve developed in those 12 weeks are habits that stay with you for life and I think she looks AMAZING and slayed her 12 weeks of progress. Because those 12 weeks happened regardless as to whether she worked out or not. So to come out of that three months leaner and stronger and CLEARLY VISIBLY MORE DEFINED TOO (for anyone blind lol) is so much more worthwhile than spending 12 weeks doing nothing for herself 😂😂 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Everyone is so against body shaming but quick to shame the thin girls! I can completely see the change! And this program is geared for all types of women and different fitness goals. It doesn’t have to coincide with what your goals are. If you can’t see the change, a simple slide with the finger will remove post from your screen and you can be on your merry little way. Why stop to comment?

I don’t get the criticism. You don’t have to be fat to start exercising. Maybe this lady wanted to create balance between her upper and lower body. I think she’s pear shaped and wanted to build her upper side to look more in proportion. Don’t understand why people can’t respect that and immediately assume the worst.

Every body is different and we should praise each other as women, regardless of the body type we have. Everyone has a different journey but we all have the same goal.. to gain self confidence and love ourselves. Let’s bring each other up.. not down. 🙌

To me I can’t see the difference. But sometimes the change isn’t visible. It’s mental or strength or endurance. The change I notice is her facial expression and the second one says there is some self love from her recent accomplishments so well done!!!
