i feel that her trainings are more to younger ladies. but ladies in our fourties and fifties? we are not so energetic anymore, the joints and muscules etc just cant take so agressive style:)

I've just finished my first bbg workout and i'm suuuuper tired. it took me much more time and probably i'll never walk again but totally worth it 😅😍

I completed bbg 2.0 and am now on pwr week 9. I’m 34 and have 8 kids (3 bio 5 adopted - settle down) and lovvvve how I look right now. 😍
