Hey! First of all I love you 💜 you are so amazing and inspiring! I have a question: I thought for some reason you have BBG pregnancy on the app at one point? Did I just make that up? Will you bring it back or add it at some point? I really want to have pregnancy safe workouts that I still feel good about! Hoping you can help!

As a seriously lazy couch potato type person, I can honestly say...there’s nothing like the feeling of having a long day at work (with over an hour commute each way), getting home, putting on work out clothes, actually DOING THE WORKOUT, showering, then sitting down to dinner and a fantastic show. So. So. So. SO Rewarding!!!

My son is my motivation! I want to be strong to pick him up and hold him when he needs comfort and I want to chase after him in the yard playing games ☺️🙌🏼💪🏼
