I know the caption says otherwise, but posts like this concern me because not everyone reads the caption (especially when they are as long as that) and just scrolling past the post and seeing the before pic can give young women who have curves naturally — many ~healthy~ women have curves— the impression that they are unhealthy/“overweight”/fat when they aren’t. God forbid leading to eating disorders and or unhealthy exercise routines. I think that more thought should be put into these before/after posts. I know that your intentions are good but I fear they can have a negative impact on young women who are still on the journey to feeling comfortable in their own skin.

You look amazing and so happy you’re happy with where you are now. I do think Day 1 on BBG picture would have been a more honest representation of the programs physical results. Because when I looked at your feed on Day 1 you were already fit. If I didn’t go to your page I would have assumed Day 1 you still looked like your before picture and made all that progress in only 20 something weeks when in reality it was over a much longer period of time. Your results are amazing but I think it gives unrealistic time frame to the program viewers for these results.

That's amazing. I joined to your program BBG today morning. I want to change my body, but more i want to change my mind, stronger body, stronger brain. First training was hard (exactly my body now is similarly like left side photo). After training i felt died but so so mentally happy :D But i hope, after 22 months I Will say YES I DID IT AND DONT GIVE UP 😄😄

@eti_gross she looks amazing. I haven’t started the app but seems like sweat are being a bit misleading in the way they’re representing it. Not sure if the app generates it this way or not. Would be good if it was clearer without reading the text and checking the background but either way amazing results.

@kayla_itsines I am from India n i am 23 years old.my belly has alwys been a plce where i m unable to loose fat n get a flat belly. how cn i get a flatter belly .i also download the app but didn't understand hw to subscribe in dollars as i m indian n my currency is indian rupees
