#SWEATNATION ladder challenge number 2!! This time it's ARMS. If you are short on time and looking for a quick arm burn, this ladder workout is a GREAT way to work your shoulders, biceps AND triceps. If you want a SERIOUS challenge, try adding this to the end of your regular resistance workout to finish STRONG 💪🏻.
Perform 1 rep of each exercise, then 2, then 3, until you get to 10!
Bicep Curl - 1,2,3 etc
Shoulder Press - 1,2,3 etc

I tried it this morning with a 5 lb dumbbell. By the 9th it was burning, but my hands also got cramped from holding the dumbbell that long. That was probably the worst part. Thx for sharing new workout ideas!

How do you get back into fitness after having such intense all day sickness ? I’m 18 weeks and still so so tired after a full time job in childcare and studying for my diploma. I need to work out :(
