Ladies, who is completing 30 days of #BBG for #SWEATNATION? As I am gradually building back my strength #postpartum, I have been starting to increase the difficulty of my workouts. This full body workout was HARD for me, but I felt SO accomplished afterwards. It is so important to listen to your body and understand when you need to take a lower intensity option BUT it's equally important to recognise when you are feeling STRONG and when you can CHALLENGE yourself. If you are consistently challenging yourself, that's when the change happens 🙌🏼.
✅Squat & Press - 15 reps
✅Knee Up - 30 reps (15 each side)
✅Ab Bikes - 40 reps
✅Walking Lunge - 24 reps (12 each side)
✅Modified Burpee - 10 reps
✅Straight-Leg Sit-Up > Butterfly Sit-Up - 15 reps
✅Step-Up - 30 reps (15 per side)
✅Push-Up > Incline Push-Up - 15 reps

I had a bbg workout last week where I thought I would stop, but I really really pushed through, and finished 28 minutes of very hard work. I felt so accomplished and proud of myself for not giving up!! (And kinda felt like my muscles looked stronger already 😂💪) I’m doing the 30 day sweat nation challenge which is seriously giving me a lot of motivation to keep going. For real...thank you!!! You should do more of these??

@kayla_itsines do you include a pregnancy training in your SWEAT app? I’m changing my lifting and HIIT trainings during pregnancy since it is starting to be not recomendable for it, but still want to be active as I have been being. I think I would really enjoy SWEAT trainings

I thought I read you had Diastasis Recti so I’m a little disappointed you have not included that element in your alternatives. Engaging the transverse abs would benefit everyone and many women have Diastasis Recti and may not even know it so it would be super helpful.

Its better you talk in your videos rather than only doing exercises , plus good to write each workout name right when you perform itb, so if we encounter and read in a topic about some of them we can remember from you which one was it . 👍 Keep it up , thanks Kayla!
