Ladies, who is completing 30 days of #BBG for #SWEATNATION? As I am gradually building back my strength #postpartum, I have been starting to increase the difficulty of my workouts. This full body workout was HARD for me, but I felt SO accomplished afterwards. It is so important to listen to your body and understand when you need to take a lower intensity option BUT it's equally important to recognise when you are feeling STRONG and when you can CHALLENGE yourself. If you are consistently challenging yourself, that's when the change happens 🙌🏼. ⁣

✅Squat & Press - 15 reps ⁣
✅Knee Up - 30 reps (15 each side)⁣
✅Ab Bikes - 40 reps⁣
✅Walking Lunge - 24 reps (12 each side)⁣

✅Modified Burpee - 10 reps ⁣
✅Straight-Leg Sit-Up > Butterfly Sit-Up - 15 reps⁣
✅Step-Up - 30 reps (15 per side)⁣
✅Push-Up > Incline Push-Up - 15 reps ⁣
