Just over a month ago I shared with you that one of my personal goals was to REBUILD my lean muscle mass and strength because when I am fit and strong physically, I FEEL stronger and more confident - and that’s the true goal 🙌🏽! Obviously this is a journey and I’m not there just yet 😅 BUT, since getting back into a consistent workout routine with #SWEATNATION I can feel myself getting STRONGER and more CONFIDENT every single day. Today I just wanted to take a moment and thank all the AMAZING women in the #BBGCommunity that have have joined and trained with me through #SWEATNATION. Ladies, seeing your journeys and the support YOU provide to myself and others is AMAZING, so THANK YOU! TOGETHER we are stronger 💪🏽

Girl you are A-maz-ing ! I am so proud of you and all that you do. I am a mom to three grown kiddos I adore (20, 18,18) but honestly I did not make time for me or my own fitness for like a decade. Which in hindsight was the dumbest thing I’ve ever done. I Felt I didn’t have time blah blah blah. Around turning 40 we went on a family trip to Yosemite National park to hike and camp and explore with our kids. My oldest was kicking my tush as we hiked in altitude and I had an epiphany. He probably hiked twice as much as me because he’d run ahead and run back to us. Lol. Me and my husband started working out each day the week we got back. Modeling it for my kids. Explaining why it’s important. Why they need it too. 8 years later we are one fit family. We honor each other’s exercise time- we’ve adjusted meals and diets and I have Literally NEVER been stronger , more fit and felt better in my entire life. Thank you for the inspiration and for modeling what healthy looks like. I encourage all new moms to make themselves a priority each and every day. Self care is self 💕 love! ThAnk you Kayla! Your daughter is blessed to have you as her momma!!!!! Be kind to yourself . Be gentle and diligent. Be soft and work hard. Make time for yourself and enjoy each day- it’s over in a blink !!!

It makes me sad that women look to you for guidance and your postpartum pics as a “normal” progression after giving birth. Please honor the body changes that occur by growing a human. Please support women of all shapes and sizes that choose to accept their bodies and the miracles they are capable of, instead of spending their time attempting to achieve a body that society expects a woman to have. You have an audience. Please be cognizant if the message you are sending.

Ugh. I just noticed that you are partnering with UnderArmor. The CEO of that company is a trophy hunter/killer who posts photos of himself next to wild animals he kills for pleasure and social clout. The company also supports trophy killers. Hey @kayla_itsines, I started BBG about 5 weeks ago, but have missed out on the last couple weeks due to illness, birthdays and also a lack of motivation hump - was just wondering, do I just pick up where the app says I am at or go back a few weeks in the program? Thanks heaps. P.S you are looking absolutely fab 👍💪
