It was so sunny and warm this morning that I am actually really loving the rain. It keeps it cool, well as cool as Miami ever gets in the summer.

My one week Mysore retreat starts tomorrow. Looking forward to sharing yoga with an awesome group of students. Next one is in October. All levels welcome, just be prepared to practice Mysore style. Come practice 🙏
