I'm Greek and PROUD of it. I love every part of the culture! One thing you will find everywhere in #Greece.... is STAIRS. Whether you are on holiday or at home, "doing the stairs" is a great way to mix up your #LISS or #HIIT routine. For HIGH INTENSITY try running up the stairs and jogging down. For LOW INTENSITY try walking up at a steady pace and walking down slowly. You can get an effective workout doing either of these for ONLY 10 minutes 👏🏼✅.⁣

[BIHAKUEN]UVシールド(UVShield)

kmtodd90 I’ve been in Greece for the last week (we summited Mytikas Peak of Mt. Olympus a few days ago- hardest hike I’ve ever done, and we are in Santorini now) and just commented to my boyfriend today that I am going to leave here after 3 weeks with quads of steel! This country is incredibly beautiful and certainly a place to be proud to call “home”!

bekhalkarim Walked all the way down from Thera to the harbour its about 600 steps ? and loved it, absolutely breath taking view , I love every part of Greece , the people are so friendly , love the food , music , not forget the Ouzo ? , your dam right to be proud of your rich culture, history great country ???❤️

jessjayfitness It’s so true! You truly can find a way to work up a sweat anywhere you go! That’s what’s so great about fitness is you always have your body, now you just have to figure out how to get it to move! ?
