Fresh, simple AND delicious 😍🙌🏼. Ladies, a healthy meal does NOT have to be complicated. Take a look at what you've got in the fridge and throw a quick salad together. Sometimes the best combinations are spontaneous!! If you don't have time to cook anything up, tinned tuna is a SUPER easy, inexpensive way to add protein to your meal. I do this alllll the time😁😁 If I want something a little more filling, I just add in some brown rice! ⁣

My parents were kind enough to share their home raised lamb chops with us and I did end up cooking them today, but I was surprised at how fatty they are. maccushla Tinned tuna is mainly made of the blue fin tuna. It is endangered animal. Why would anyone choose to eat endangered species if you can find protein easily somewhere else ???
