Illegal practice selfie. This is what happens when I get a text message during practice and I pick up my phone to look at it. Lol. At least I made myself laugh. But seriously, it’s not advised to take selfies (or text message) during practice. It’s much better to use an interval timer for photos and wait until after practice to send texts 😉

Hahaha yes!!! Whenever I pick up my phone it’s like the end and I always think “damnit why did I pick it up!!” It helps me if I put the phone in another room and close the door lol ??
