I did this fun very quick workout last week before I was attacked with the stomach flu🤢

in case you guys are wondering - I do NOT workout when I'm sick. I personally don't believe it's healthy to put your body under additional stress when it's trying to recover from injury/illness🤧

Sure it's hard to be away from a therapy like the gym, but that's where being a multilayered human comes in handy🤗. your identity isn't merely found in workouts. a little time off can be a great reminder of that💜💜

Anyways, back to this layer🤣

💪🏼WORKOUT:

1️⃣hip thrust w/ constant hold - here I did 3 reps, and holding on the 4th for 3-4 s. Repeat 3 times for one set, perform a total of 3 sets

2️⃣Barbell squat into good mornings - 4x10
⠀
3️⃣abduction superset - leaning back for 12 reps, leaning forward for 12 reps - repeating twice
