✖️straight leg double crunch into straddle crunch with 2 second descent✖️the descent will burn, but try to challenge yourself to keep tension for those 2 seconds? then return to starting position for your next rep: 3x10

✖️bent leg crunch with into 2 second static weighted crunch hold✖️this was tough as heck, but probably a new fave! ?? - 3x8

✖️pumpkin oblique twists!✖️love this movement for strengthening my outer ab muscles?? for an extra challenge, try lifting your feet off the ground: 3x10 (per side, so 20 in total)
