in other words, i’m happy🙂 and strange enough, sometimes happiness is a source to my anxiety. I start thinking “i’m happy🙂wow! this feels great!😊but what if it doesn’t last? 🧐how long is it supposed to last? 🤨 is it over???😥oh crap oh crap this is hard.🙁happy is scary.☹️”

but right now, I’m just happy, plain and simple. and my world doesn’t have to be a perfect place to feel this. I don’t need to know the countdown for my next meltdown, or the timeline of my smiles.

in this particular moment, all I need to know is that i’m loving this vegan psl and that my dog is such a cute napper. I know that i’ve got loads on my plate, but prefer the abundance over emptiness any day. and while anxiety loves to take front and centre in my life, today I have less to worry about
