i’ve been taking a bit of a social media cleanse to prep myself for next week. september isn’t an easy month for me - the grief is strong and the memories stronger. but I don’t want to keep this hidden from you guys, or only showcase the moments that are easier to swallow🌻

september has always been a cold month to me. but it doesn’t get any warmer when I gulp down my grief and smother my truth.

I don’t get stronger by silencing my story. I get strong by living it.
