✖️single leg straight leg deadlift - if you struggle with maintaining balance, hold onto something with your opposite arm: 3x10

✖️curtsy lunge with plate: 3x10

✖️barbell glute bridge - using atlas for moral support at this point?: 3x10

✖️banded lateral ‘scoops’ - when stepping out to the side, get deeper to mimic a scooping motion, the burn is craaayzay❗️: 3x10
