I usually have two drinks - one during my workout, and one at any other time in my day. my fave flavours ever are raspberry rush, watermelon sorbet(???), and green apple? ⠀ ☁️@womensbest creatine - this is a great supplement for keeping your muscle cells working to their fullest?? - they help increase athletic performance and increase muscle mass (and speeds the process?) ⠀ ☀️@womensbest amino & energy - lately I’ve been reverting to these over my usual bcaa amino for the perks that this also gives you energy during your training?? my fave flavours are concord grape ? and ice tea lemon ? ⠀ ?vegan protein powder -  I prefer consuming my nutrients through whole foods as opposed to supplements, but when I’m in a rush with meal prep, this saves my butt lol! ? anytime works for me to take this, as it typically just replaces a protein source during any of my meal times (breakfast, lunch, dinner) - but if I’m not eating close to my workout, I’ll have a shake after my training session - two scoops, a cup of almond milk, a tbsp of PB, and I’m good to go! ?? ⠀ ?womensbest preworkout booster - I don’t take a preworkout too often unless coffee intake is low and I’m training super early. in those cases, this is awesome to have - my fave flavour is mixed berry ? ⠀ #womensbest #favesupplements #supplementroutine
