although i’m not entirely feeling the most comfortable in my body, we’re rolling with it like a cinny bun! (plus I know future me will be proud I pursued despite the crushing toll of bad body image???)

I’m 5’3”
frolicking between 115 - 120 lbs
training 5 x week (doing the FFG Guide 2 @ffgguide)
doing cardio 3 x week
following intuitive eating protocols (i’ll talk about this more later on✨)
and overall, feeling pretty grrrrreat!?

at this point in my journey, i’m not fixated on numbers so much as I am the overall progress I make in my mental, physical, and spiritual health. AKA I want to love my body, get strong af, and feel like an intentional part of this world????
