finishing a leg day makes me feel like I can conquer the world?!! (don’t forget to double tap? - it really helps my page!)

and you know it was a heavy training day when I pull out my @womensbest XL shaker ? - stocked up on more amino energy in ice tea lemon ??(my fave flavour! it’s not as sweet as the bcaas because it contains caffeine and green tea extract for energy, but it still tastes amazing⚡️)

workout:

✖️barbell reverse lunges into curtsy lunges - 3x5 (per leg - meaning 5 reverse lunges + 5 curtsy lunges)

✖️barbell single leg deadlift - 3x12

✖️barbell box squat (using aerobic steps) - pausing at the bottom before pushing up with my heels - 3x15

✖️2-rep banded squat into seated abduction - make sure you stay hovering over the box during your squats! for the abduction part, push away from your midline - 3 x 15

✖️not filmed: barbell hip thrusts 3x8
