woowwie, talk about a blast into the past!?

2015 - one of my first deadlifts sets to, well, now!?

there was a time when 135 lbs was the death of me. now I can do sets of five with 225 comfortably…ish lol?

3 years of practice and working on my craft has gotten me here today. I wish I could say it was magic, so that I could cast a strength spell on all of you???♀️ but it’s not. and while these two videos show massive improvements in my strength, form, and physique, I promise there was a long in-between

lots of deadlift dates and callused hands. plenty of set backs and plateaus. and while every day doesn’t go smoothly, it is ALL in the small steps. 3 years worth of inches, so to speak?
