all you’ll need is a box (or bench) and a kettlebell!?

✖️romanian deadlifts into sumo goblet squats✖️- main thing to remember when doing these is to keep your upper back straight and initiate from the glutes! for the deadlifts, keep your toes pointed straight. for the squats, shift your toes outwards.

✖️kettlebell hip thrusts✖️ - note for anyone who wants an extra ? in the glutes, point your toes outwards and bring your legs in so that you’re bending your knees at an approximate 90° angle

✖️kettlebell step ups into kick backs✖️ - these are a new fave! when I’m stepping up, I make sure to push through my heel and keep my gaze constant so I don’t lose balance?

✖️single incline glute bridge✖️ - I love these way more than just doing it on a mat! also it helps activate the hammies, which your girl needs lol??
