Straddle press is the first handstand entry that worked for me on my quest for the press. It took me nearly five years of working hard every day. The techniques I share with you in my new Yoga Drills class on @omstarsofficial are my secrets for unlocking this challenging handstand entry. You I’ll need strength, alignment, flexibility, endurance and also all your heart and soul. Throw in a little look, sweat, tears, grace and grit and a few years of practice and I’m sure you’ll be pressing up too.
