I can’t do this alone. I need your help. Together we can bring clean water to children and public schools in Kathmandu, Nepal and Calcutta, India.

I’ve always said we can practice yoga and change the world. Well now we truly can! Whether you are able to travel the world to donate your time or resources to charitable causes or not, this is a way that just by getting on your mat for 14 days of handstands you have the power to make a difference in the world. The best part is that it’s totally FREE for you. All you have to do is sign up for the challenge and our sponsor @miir will donate $1 per person up to $15,000 to @splash_org to help fund their clean water efforts in Nepal and India.

Everyone, all levels can join. You don’t have to be good at handstands. When you join the challenge you get access to 14 all new handstand classes taught by me on @omstarsofficial that will walk you step by step through each day of the challenge.
