15 minute full body travel workout ? If you're sort on time, give this quick bodyweight circuit a go that I've produced in collaboration with @veryUK #EverydayLifeGoals ? When you're super busy its not about putting pressure on yourself to train for hours at a time, its all about celebrating little victories like squeezing in a 15 minute circuit which got you sweating! Here it is!: ➡️ Reverse lunge switch jump ➡️ Eccentric push ups ➡️ 4 plank jacks, 4 mountain climbers ➡️ V hold ? Try 35 seconds work, 15 seconds rest. Take 30 seconds rest between each circuit and repeat 3-5 times depending on how much you want to push yourself! ?
