Full Body Workout ? Today I lifted weights for the first time in a few weeks and DAYUM it felt good ?? I did the @un1t_london workout of the day, it’s made up 6 supersets. 3 sets of 10 reps of each: ➡️ Landmine front squats (in video) & barbell deadlifts ➡️ Sumo barbell deadlifts & barbell reverse lunges ➡️ DB chest press & inverted rows ➡️ DB chest flye & barbell bent over rows ➡️ Barbell shoulder press & DB hammer curls ➡️ KB upright row & lying DB skull crushers ??
