Easter Brunching ? After a productive morning I treated myself to this epic spread at @cafe_fleur ? I had the “full vegan” which is basically tonnes of veggies, avocado and sweet potato - aka all my favourite things ? Today I was working on my blog and stumbled across my first ever post about moving more plant based - it was back in November 2016! ? It’s been a slow journey over the course of a couple of years to where I am now. I’ve found my own approach which makes me feel good physically but also aligns with my principles mentally. I avoid a strict label as my diet is flexible; but basically I eat a mostly plant based diet with a few exceptions here and there ??
