Leg Day ? Read on for the full leg workout I did this afternoon ?? Today was my first time lifting weights for my legs in about 3 weeks or so. I took it easy, focusing on single sets, good form and moderate weights ? Every exercise is 3 sets of 8-10 reps: ➡️ Sumo Deadlifts ➡️ Barbell Hip Thrusts ➡️ Romanian Deadlifts ➡️ Bulgarian Split Squats ➡️ Leg Press ??
