Every day on the mat is a good one. The perfect body for the practice is the on you have. It’s not about the shapes you make or the clothes you wear, it’s about the inner experience. Yoga happens when you pour all your heart and all your soul into your practice. Leave nothing behind. Be reverent and humble, devoted and disciplined. Let yoga lead you to the truth of the Infinite. Let it open your eyes so can finally see and let the truth be seared into your soul so you can never forget. Something happens when that spark of spirit turns on. It’s like you can’t turn it off. You know you’ll never quit, never give up. You know you’ll find the strength to climb whatever mountains are put in front of you and face whatever difficulties arise. You can do all things through the strength of the that one true light.
