It’s all about training. Taking the time to build the right patterns and work technique lay the foundation for solid practice. Whenever you’re working technique remember it’s not about going deeper or further, it’s about finding the path to training the body and mind. It’s slow and humble, and sometimes takes longer than you might like, but it’s worth it.
