hip thrust on leg extension machine: these feel SO GOOD. I like keeping the weight light and really focusing on squeezing my glutes at the top

reverse hyperextensions: this was a very DIY project, I just found a declined bench thingy at my gym and rested my hips on the edge. I like pointing my toes and bouncing through the reps, squeezing my glutes at the top

glute finisher!! this was also super fun. Using a medium/heavy resistance band, take one step forward, one step back, one step on each side, squat, and repeat. I did about 15 or so rounds.
