I spent so long hating my legs. The same legs that support my every move, my every athletic ambition.

but no matter the verbal abuse they faced, my legs NEVER woke up one day saying “screw you! I’m finding another person that’ll love and cherish all that I do.”

Instead, my body spoke unconditional love against my resentment. When I wished them away, they stayed intact. When I showed hate, they offered support.

My body showed me an insurmountable amount of effort to simply keep my passions intact. To keep my body tall. To keep my heart alive.

When I train + when I eat + when I thrive, I remember this.???
