?Who wants GLUTE HOMEWORK for your next training session⁉️? (Tag a friend and give them homework too hehe?)

24 TOTAL REPS, and they go a little somethin’ like this??:


▫️Load a smith machine with your warm up weight ⠀
▫️8 reps of squats - (for more glute work, I widen my stance and pivot my toes slightly outward)

◽️8 reps of pause squats - (I paused for about 2 seconds at the bottom of the squat and the tension was REAL lol)

◽️8 reps of pulses - get into the bottom of a squat and bounce through 8 total reps. this was killer but I’m a survivor and you could be too?
