?Here are some things you should know about carbs and just how important they are

▫️Carbs are easily recognized in the body and digestive with relative ease compared to fats. This means they support anaerobic (heavy resistance training) and aerobic (jogging around the block)training.

Our blood sugar level balance is important to maintain, and when your body experiences things like low-carb diets or starvation, it triggers a metabolic pathway called gluconeogenesis. This process will utilize some of your amino acids (which make up protein) and convert them into glucose.

▫️Carbohydrates are usually coupled with many important nutrients – things like thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and magnesium
