Practice is an honest expression of where you are. This is a snapshot of my honest practice of the Ashtanga Yoga Second Series. No edits, no fixing, just practice, raw, real, transparent. I believe in sharing the reality of practice because we can carried away with perfect poses shown by perfect people. I fall out of poses, I feel stiff, I mess things up all the time. But I practice. While I share my practice, it isn't a show or a performance with an aesthetic goal. Practice is an inner experience. To roll through the movements without breath or inner awareness defeats the purpose of yoga. There are days when things feel amazing and you have loads of time and there are days when you're tired, injured or only have a few moments to practice. But that's just it, it's practice, a daily sadhana dedicated to the deepest inner truth. ?
