Stop whatever you're doing and take a deep breath. There is a solution to every problem you face. It may not immediately be evident. You are strong enough to face whatever is in your path. And if you're not ready for it, well, then it won't come up or you will get the help you need. Life is about trust and surrender, a faith so deep and powerful that it is bigger than everything else. I needed to remind myself this morning to breathe, to believe, to keep going, to be stronger. Every day, take the time to build your personal reservoir of spiritual fortitude. Even five minutes of tuning into the deep sacred space within make a substantive difference in your day. I remind myself of this simple truth whenever things get too much to handle, whenever I feel like I'm about to drown in a sea of emotions and stress: stress is complicated, solutions are simple. ?
