This was my afternoon today: handstands on the beach, warm ocean waters, humid air, endless sun, durian, coconuts and foot massage. Yup, definitely arrived in Thailand ?

I've had more than one person tell me lately that when they meet me I'm much warmer, friendlier, funnier and comfortable to be around than it seems on social media. I'm just me whether I'm writing a post or practicing, and I mean to be transparent with who I am. I'm not one for pretense or show for show's sake. I like simple, clear, free and true. ?
