Friday Kettle Bell Circuit! Don't worry! You can do this same circuit with Dumbbells of you don't have kettlebells! Exercise 1: sit up to press 20 reps! Exercise 2: kneeling pass through press (make sure you switch knees on each round. 8 reps on each arm then switch knees). Exercise 3: bent over row staying engaged. Hold the row then alternating Left row, Right row, together row. 10 reps! 4 rounds! Happy Friday!
