Exercise of the day! Hit every part of your core with this exercise! Grab a resistance band attach it to something and wrap it around your feet. Really concentrate on pulling your belly button in on the crunch and keeping it tight during the plank. You should feel this in your core the whole way through. On the oblique crunch try to get your knees and feet as close to your elbows as possible! For each round I alternated between doing 3 crunches and 3 alternating oblique crunches 3 times through.
