Killer combo! All you need are resistance bands and pain tolerance! These two buuurrrnnnnnnn! To the top exercise for 1minute. Make sure you pause on each squat hop and keep the movement controlled. Keep your back straight and shoulders should. Of course stay in your heels! The bottom exercise do 10 forward and revers lunges on each side. Make sure you don't go into your toes on this. Keep a 90 degree angle in your front and back leg. Notice my knee doesn't go over my toes. Both of these exercise take core strength! Keep your core tight!
