**Exercise Of The Day** overhead alternating dumbbell lunges with a press at the bottom. Make sure you hold the lunge at the bottom when you do the press. When you press back from the lunge make sure you press through your heel. You will get more power and you'll be using the right muscles (glutes). I see so many people try to press through there toes and it hurts their knees and it also won't give you enough power to get back to a neutral standing position. If you lock your elbows out you won't get the full benefit. Keeping a slight bend and it will keep your shoulders engaged the entire time.
